Too few Ronaldo/Messi successors. Too many Godly regens in this game.

I hope they do something about it because its freaking crazy. I'm into my 10th season with Tottenham and I think I did something wrong. 2 seasons ago City and Utd brought in 7 players that look like have 190-200 potential. Decided to buy the editor just to check it out and I was right, Utd have 4 players above 190+ and city have one with 200. Wtf?

i may not have gone that far gut there are plenty of wonder kids! I don't use fm genie scout or the editor to scout players because it takes out the fun of uncertainty I dont even google "wonderkids in fm 16!

Trust me, there are plenty of wonder kids! i wouldn't base my decision solely on the /200 rating you see in the editor. Some player might have a rating of 175 but still be bosses. If you tweak your in game searches right you'll find what your looking for.

For example one of my favorite finds is "Oliver" from Athletico madrid i got him on a free in fm 2015. and he s got a cheap $25million clause, this 20 year old is the next Iniesta!!

I'm just saying that the ronaldo/messi regens in the game are too many. Yes, I know about the wonderkids as I've signed a number in my current main save. I have a front three of Sergio Diaz, Balde Keita, and Andrija Zivkovic and they are good but nowhere near the ones I saw from Utd and City. The ♥♥♥♥ do you see a 24 year old with 20/20 acc and pace. The 200 potential I saw is 22 years old with insane tech and mentals.

fm have allways been like this pretty much buddy,there is many reasons for this like..old legends with high talent go on retirement like lets say ronaldinho,this talent have to be replaced in the game plus the game always leave some of the huge talents spots open for next generation and last thing why you see them sick young players come up is that you didnt choose the country in ya game..like if you try and not start with brazil you will see the most awsome 18-20 year olds come that looks like players more than ready for pro ball unlike if you have brazil as a leage in ya game they will come up as u-17 players but with high talent also..and yes i know them beasts also come in leages you have chosen but them older ones as you speak of is from leages you did not choose,the game have always been like this

For the sake of this thread I got the genie scout thing and checked my current save where I'm in season 4 and there's only 6 players with potential over 88 (messi is around 95 which is the highest as you could've guessed) You also gotta take into consideration of how many of those players are ACTUALLY gonna reach their full potential by the age of 24 or so.



This might be a *SPOILER* for you but Balde Keita isn't a wonderkid if you consider 9-9.5 players wonderkids. Js

Well he is not one of those very high potential wonderkids but he gets the job done for me. He has the stats required for a very good LW inside forward. 15/15 goals/assists per season is good
