Where to find the FM 16 Editor (not in-game editor)?

Hi guyz, can you please send me a link or tell me how to find the fm 16 editor? I find myself a pretty smart guy, but I can t seem to find the editor on steam website. I feel very odd because i am willing to download the editor from torrents, although i ve boutght the game. thx

Go to library>tools and then you can download it:)

I don t have a library tool, only Store, Community, my user, about and support. It s very strange, could it be because I didn t bought it from steam?

enter in game... create a game, full game and after that, you will see editor in the right, up,
corner
