Nation Pending - need help

Hi guys, I'm playing 5 leagues, and decided to add germany, cause I couldn't select the german nation team to manage. I reestarted the game, and it's still pending, it doesn't say pending like the others. I'm playing using the best workshop update, maybe it's that, I don't know. Can someone help?

Doesn't it mention the date it will activate? For european leagues that'd be somewhere mid-june, right before pre-season.
