Very bad plot spoilers

They build plot around you charater havind 2nd personality with perespective switching, MC blackouts and dizines, information that only mc should know and etc.
On all routes bad guy back off ether by disappearing or saying something about finding new love( ice girl for example where he sudenly doesnt want to ruin her life)
On sister route mc becames monster himself and nothing happens.

But if you go for tru route sudenly its not you but you @dead @ brother who didi all bad things. Very clunky attempt to white wash mc. And why you brother doesnt kill you if you turn one of the heroines slave and became real yakuza? Why he only acts on true route? What his feelings towards betrayer sudenly changes if he dates poor girl or rich one? He sudenly doesnt consider him a yakuza ♥♥♥♥ who abandoned their mother?

The Maou identity twist makes perfect sense. You just never tried to actually make it fit, did you?

Well, for what it's worth, a number of things change on different routes that have nothing to do with Kyousuke's decisions. For example, on Tsubaki's route, her uncle decides to lend them 50 million yen, or on Kanon's route, the yakuza kill off Saejima during interrogation.

So, let's just assume Maou stops acting on the non-true endings for equally arbitrary reasons.

I kind of think that Maou just wanted to play with Usami all along and the moment Usami stopped hanging around the MC, Maou stopped as well.

It makes sense, even the specific other routes do give enough hints. Aside from the 'Butterfly Effect' excuse. It also wasn't the fact Kyosuke abandoned their mother that set him off in the true route either. No, That was just an added piece in the culture that'd just a tinge of dishonorable. The real slap in the face, the real punch in the gut - Keep in mind - He sent a mail out to Kyosuke (Probably to try and entice him much liek Yuki. It was -first- by electronic emissions. Kyosuke just didn't take the bait.) It was because Kyosuke had fell in love with Haru.

I do get why many people say it doesn't make sense. But I think the biggest hint was the Cop angle. Two were there, If Maou pretended to be one Tsubaki SHOULD have recgonized him if it was Kyosuke. She didn't what so ever. Plus, Though he's ending teens in age he still wouldn't look like an actual adult male. Maou does.

Upon completing most of the story and already knowing Maou was the bother from a long ago plain threw i thought id post some things. Note i have not finished the game and i am using the Patched version of the game.

First of all this story is very interesting and bad at the same time. Very comedy at one time and other times i'm crying my eyes our and... future times i swear i'm starting to notice some scary stuff in the background for the true end which i have not started fully yet so i will keep this to my self and reveal it later.

So far in the first Heroine route. I would say the Bad root is the best win condition for the MC which i find really interesting. I never did pick the good route mainly because upon listening to what the MC actually wants the bad route is the only route you pick.

Our MC is not a good person. Hes a very bad people who clearly has some mental disorder. You will learn this in each chapter. He suffers form some mental disorder and due to this he forgets lots of things its very possible he was hit in the head a few time by the boys... and has accruing amnesia. I swear there are times you want to yell at the text of the MC saying what a block head they are and other times understanding why they are so terrified.

So lets talk about the most eye crying route. The Kanon route. IF you pick the good route be ready for a good tear jerking story that will make you cry unless you got emotions of that of the main character. This one is hard to recommend. I would say the good route is better but its way longer. The bad route makes more sense to most of the characters involved also in this Route Maou admits hes done with this stuff. Kanon is by far one of the most tragic Routes. But you find out later why i believe in the true route if i'm not mistaken.

I have not finished the game fully yet and will gladly post later of what i think.

SO far i think the 4th route girl is by far got the most comedy and the most scary background information leading up to the true route and would recommend the best read so far.
