i remember a stranger mission.......

Birds around Phoenix (reward from a lady who want tiger penis to cure his husband Impotence...)
it want an important item to romance Celestial Melody.

But it too hard..........
1. you can't romance any other girl
2. you need go Utopia route (DLC of future)
3. following a stranger order to finished a serial stranger quest.....

utopia route is available already... (dont ask me when, first time playing this and it is there)
