Error when trying to load a battle.
When I am trying to load a battle, my game freezes and I get the following error message:
***unhandled Exception!
ExpCode: 0xc0000005
ExpFlags:
ExpAddress: 0xF26AF44A
Please report!

I tried verifying my game files, and since I'm running the game through proton, I tried different versions of proton. Reinstalling the game did not solve the issue either. Does anyone know what is causing the error and how I might be able to resolve the issue?

In general, I think it is best to post these sorts of things in the Slitherine Tech Support Forum:

Do you mean trying to load a specific savegame, or when trying to start any battle?

Please post the contents of the error.log file found in Documents/My Games/PSCAMP immediately after getting a crash to occur.

Cheers

Hey Pip. I mean trying to start a battle, not loading a safe file. And here are the contents of the error.log file: https://pastebin.com/mwT7SQEJ

I'm not sure where the error log file contents are from, but they aren't from the game. Can you check again for me please.

Cheers

Apologies, that was another error.log file I found on my PC, but it wasn't the right one, however this one should be: https://pastebin.com/BZxcCZpf

Unfortunately that doesn't show much useful info. Have you tried the usual things (validating your install, checking your drivers)?

Cheers

Yeah, I tried to validate the files, reinstalled the game, but that didn't help. I haven't checked my drivers yet though, so Ill do that. Thanks for the help.
