If immediately am spacing on which shape key belongs to who, but for the last few keys, they're in this location:
-When you get the Heart Key from the Pancake scene, I believe that key unlocks the door in the right-wing of the manor (room with the piano where the second guy was hiding in the dark above the living room), there is a door in that room to a stairwell with a purple-brick wall and a door. In there, one of the victims are inside, and will run super fast. Catch him and he gives you one of the two keys you need to reach the end of that house segment.
-The second key is being clutched by 'The Runner', a victim who will jump over and run from you. A clue to find him is each time you enter a room with him hiding in it, you'll hear a specific noise. You need to catch him three times to get his key. He first appears in the upper-floor left-wing, in the farthest bedroom to the left. He then will hide in the Living Room, on the first-floor right-wing. Then finally, he'll hide in the bathroom on the first floor (to the upper-left of the beginning party room where you murdered the first victim).
Hope that helps!
