Makes sense tbh it's only 20 bucks and anyone can refund it as long as they don't play more than 2 hours.
I bought the game and enjoyed the playtests but I generally am not into the whole "die and watch your teammates for the next 10-20 minutes or however long it takes) thing. So that's really the only thing I'm not sure I'll enjoy :)
There's a very different co-op MP mode that does allow respawning.
and it was thinking about you that we included the option "together or not at all" :)
During a mission, if one teammate dies, the mission fails. <3
Why not the option to revive allies? Whats the point of being a medic or even really bringing med kits then?
Not sure though
Just a tad off topic, Will I be able to force DX12? I find unreal engine games run much better after all the sharers are loaded?
Well, you can patch up a friend who's down.
You can heal him to 100% with a medkit.
But let's sat that if his brains are scattered all over the floor, you can't just put a band aid and expect him to fight until the end of the mission :P
Injury > DBNO > Death.
I think the other 2 were done through discord.
I'm not waiting lol, i pre-ordered it.
If it's bad you have a 2 hour window/demo to make up your mind, but i doubt it'll be bad.
This is my first pre-order in a looooong time!
Probably still more of a genious.
Sorry you missed it, mate.
This was our 2nd Alpha (the first one was pretty much Discord members only)

Reviews these days are not what they were 20 years ago. They're utter trash. Now its someone's glorified instagram page. They do not review games for the target audience. They just give you their likes and dislikes. A willy nilly opinion that varies from game to game with zero standards. That's who you've decided to trust? Laughable.
I never pay any attention to any review...ever...not in 2 decades. Sites and publications these days have no standards. You won't find them anywhere. As soon as there are standards then there is something to which these writers can be held accountable. I just saw a review for BF 2042 and they talked about the bugs in the game...while awarding it a perfect score. I wonder what that cost?
Today they review games based on what they like or dislike. It isn't supposed to be in that vein. They are supposed to review games on how they will be perceived by the target demographic rather than what they the writer prefer. But these ego driven pinheads are incapable of removing themselves from the equation. This is because so called journalists perceive themselves and their opinions to be more important than the subject about which they write. There is a reason opinion pieces used to be located in the very back of newspapers - because no one really cared or found any value in the commentary. What is worse is gamers today have accepted it and even defend such reviews as that being their true nature when it wasn't formerly. If reviews were written for Road and Track the way they are written for gaming sites these writers would be fired. In addition these sites have no iron hand editor that wrings personal feelings out of the equation. So no, I do not take any game review ever with even the smallest grain of salt.
