Issues purchasing Collectors editions of Hatoful Boyfriend and Holiday Star

I've been trying to buy the collector's edition of both games since they're on sale but every time I press pay i get an error ("There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.").

Oddly when they're both in my cart, the price of holiday star changed to -£2.18 making the total £0.18... I've tried contacting support and they said they fixed it but I still get the same error? I was just wondering if anyone else had the same issues?
