this is a REALLY old thread (was looking for smth else n this came up) but yeah. its m!jesse x lukas thats way popular. specifically green suspenders if shipped with lukas. red suspenders is usually seen in straight art.
for f!jesse, yellow hairclip is in some straight some gay art (w lukas/petra respectively) but red hairclip is mostly lesbian (w petra)
yellow suspenders / blue hairclip aren't drawn as much as they could be. ive seen yellow suspenders w lukas and blue hairclip w petra tho

two things. 1, its VERY implied in canon that petra likes jesse (like, the cabin scene?? that's literally a confession of love without saying its a confession of love.)
2, the album art of story mode archives is a fanart of f!jesse x petra, which although the album isn't technically canon, it's pretty implicative that the player is supposed to have at least a chance at romance w petra.
though stirpe encourages people to headcanon whatever they want, i still find it cute that jesse x petra is the third basically-canon ship in the game (first being ivor x harper and second is jack x nurm)
