I need help! The game won't launch.

I've been trying to play the game all day yet it won't launch. It worked just fine yesterday without any problem, so I know that my computer is not the problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it won't work. I've even uninstalled other programs, but that didn't even work. If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please tell me! (Edit): It also makes a weird tick sound whenever I try to launch it.

Nope. It's just "MinecraftStoryMode.exe has stopped working."

It's a little to late for that. Most of my stuff now is only works with Windows 10. Besides, it's not that because it ran it before.

Yup, they're up to date.

YOu could try right clickiing on the TTG exe file, and running it in Windows Seven compatibility, see if that works.

Okay, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common
and delete the Minecraft Story Mode - A Telltale Game Series folder
if you then reinstall the game it should work otherwise I have no clue

I tried deleting local content and I'll see if that works. I'll post again as soon as I find out.

I had to delete the game files and delete local content. It some how saved my data, though. The only downside is that I have to do this EVERYTIME to play it.

try running it in offline steam mode. Disconect your internet conection. I find with telltale games they always crap out when a episoide comes out simply because they conect to the servers for stats and stuff and with out it doesn't work since to many people are trying to connect at the same time. Big pain in the rear but it's sometimes telltales severs not working right or simply to many people connecting at the same time.

I deleted my folder and i dont know how to reinstall it
