Invisible characters

Hi
Im have a recurring issue in episode six which has led to me not being able to finish it... SOME OF THE CHARACTERS ARE DISSAPEARING. I put another discussion about this up about a month ago and no one has helped me. And as well as that after (SPOILER ALERT!) Jesse finds Lukas with a white pumpkin on his head and Ivor and Cassie take him away it wants me to talk to the rest of the characters and they all say stacy and hhave no buttons to click so I can't progress in the game. Somone please help :(

Have to restart the chapter at the point where you start chasing the white pumpkin. The same thing happened to me and that is how I fixed it.
