Controller support?

If this game does have any, it's not within the main menus. If I find a fix I'll delete this post, but I've only had the game open for a few minutes and my controller doesn't seem to be working. Help?

it has wired Xbox 360 support. All you need to do is plug it in before starting the game so it knows the thing is there, then once you've got that done you can switch between controller and keyboard at any time simply by pressing a key/button/etc on one or the other

I've been told there arent any differences between 360 and 1 controllers except the aesthetic changes. I was lied to. I'm not going to spend another 30$ just to play this one game properly. I demand Microsoft grow brains concerning their ♥♥♥♥ software and now I have to find motivation to hook up my PS3 again (have the game and season pass on it)

So no. It's 360 exclusive.

It used to work. The original campaign worked with my Xbox1 controllers.

The original story, and the first or second addon were good. Then TellTale broke it. Obviously far to late for a refund.

It's been a long time since I have played this; just bought the adventure pass to play the new episodes only to find that Xbox One controller support is broken. Shame.

360 controllers seem to still work fine, so it seems if all you have is an Xbox One controller you're screwed.

Well that is unless you already own a CronusMax or similar device which allows you to spoof other controllers and make Windows think it's a 360 controller (which luckily I do). Shouldn't need to do that though.

I thought the xbox one controller was the same as the 360 too. I emailed them months ago and they said this game doesn't support the xbox one controller and that's pretty much it. Pretty lame because this game is still fresh and coming out with episodes and they aren't even willing to take the little time it probably takes to patch in the xbox one controller.

I found a simple fix. For Xbox controllers, plug it in. For PS or Switch, use DS4Window.

Still they were talking 2016, and my old 360 controller is busted anyway.
