Why Minecraft Story Mode is deleted from Steam? And when is Season 2 on Netflix?

The publisher, Telltale, went under last year. Right now Microsoft and Mojang don't have the licensing figured out to continue selling the game without the publisher. As far as I recall Season 2 on Netflix was cancelled as Season 1 was the last project Telltale did after the massive layoffs.
