resolution glitch?

I haven't even played the actual game yet, but I switched resolutions and now the screen is completely white every time I boot it up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Put the resolution back to normal.

Then uninstall and reinstall. Why did you mess with them anyway?

I did that and it's still completely white. I even turned off the cloud save before I redownloaded it.

Then look at a vid and copy the moves on your pc

We are sorry to hear that you are expereincing a white screen during boot up. We suggest to follow the following troubleshooting steps. Some of them you may have already tried, but I have included the full list for you:

1) Update the drivers for your graphics card.
2) Restart your system.
3) Unplug your gamepad and all other USB devices other than keyboard/mouse. Plug in your headphones to the audio out jack.
4) Run the game as admin.
5) Run the game in compatibility mode. Right click on the game’s icon, click Properties, and click the Compatibility tab.
6) Reinstall the game.

Mine is working now, though I have absolutely no idea what I did to fix it.

I HAVE A SOLUTION! sadly its time consuming but i dont think theirs any other way. it is the resolution. the only way to fix it is to REINSTALL STEAM. so STEAM will FORGET the saved resolution settings the game applyed for you. after you reinstall steam.
REINSTALL MINECRAFT STORYMODE. and it should go back to the standard resolution. NO MORE WHITE SCREEN!

This might be a late reply but go in the game's properties, open the launch commands or what's it called and type in exactly this:
-w [yourmonitorwidth] -h [yourmonitorheight]

change the words from the [ ] to your monitor/TV's width and height and do not put the [ ].

for example 1080p res:
-w 1920 -h 1080

You don't have to resort to reinstalling Steam or the game.
