Bug with ellegaards armor?

Hey so i've been experiencing an issue on the disk version of the game where for some reason when you take ellegaards armor and this doesn't happen all the time but parts of her armor start glitching out either in episode 4 5 and so on 1 of the main glitches i saw was the red bit on the chest looked like it was coming off orso does anyone know what causes these glitches?

And just because i have the disk version doesn't mean i can't post here.

Just encountered this too, guess the f-bomb destroyed the texture too lol
