Can't log in with Asmodee account

Hello,

I'm trying to log into Splendor with my account (which works in Carcassone), but the game says that the account doesn't exist and i should try to log in with my 'real' login/email. Anyone had this issue?

I tried reinstalling the game but it doesnt work.

I've sent 2 support tickets to Asmodee about this already but they don't seem to care at all.
