Can`t create NCsoft acc!

it tells "Account Creation Failed.
You are not authorized to create an account."
Iam russian btw.
Sry for double posting, but i afraid no one reads player to player support.

Не могу создать аккаунт у кореяк, что такое они совсем из-за мейлов сру и всяких форгеймов нам запретили у них играть?

Are any of you having account of one of others NCSOFT games? Also do read this FAQ from their Support, it might help:

p.s. Just a hint: when making a password, do make one upto 16 digits not more and don't use any other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Hindu, etc.
