Can't log into account because of NCSoft Error

Title says it all basically, it just says
"ERROR
Something went wrong on our end.
Please try again in a few minutes.
OK"
and every time I try it, ncsoft sends a verification email like it's glitching out or something. I just need help to reset the locations or something. Thanks.

Hey man, I know you won't like this but just send an email to the support team ([e-mail]), you can copy and paste what my error is and they'll fix it asap. They fixxed mine over night, I just need the dumb 2 step removed now Just a waiting game, sure it's boring but eh, worth it to me(:
