I know that they VX-SA has one of the lowest latency PCBs around, but I don't know if that applies to the V3-SA as well.
The brand itself doesn't really matter too much, I feel. As long as you can verify it's of sanwa/seimitsu parts, you can't really go too much wrong with it.
You should be able to find some of the older madcatz sticks for a cheaper price, which I would recommend.
You have to sign up for an account to watch it, but it's the only comparison vid I've seen. It's kind of a crappy test though. Whoever made it didn't seem to know what they were doing, when it comes to testing input lag.
