SMAA

As a general rule, all three are basically blur filters to disguise the jagged outlines.
SMAA is the most accurate and least blurry of them.

Which one you want to use comes down to personal preference and the amount of resources you're willing (or able) to invest in achieving a blur for removing jaggies. I think this forum post does a good job explaining them, not 100% sure it's perfectly accurate though.

I prefer SMAA but consumes more recourses.

FXAA: Lightest but blurry.
SMAA: best quality but seriously resource-hungry.
MLAA: an intermediate.

SMAA, but it's also more expensive than the other choices. Not quite as expensive as 'true' AA, MSAA

FXAA is essentially free computationally, but nowhere near as effective as the alternatives.

SSAA is the best AA you could possibly get, but extremely expensive, even compared to MSAA.

I´m using GeDoSaTo with SMAA in ultra and supersampling of 3200x1800 and looks amazing :-)

SMAA FTW

SMAA has the best visual quality. However, the way Guilty Gear applies these anti-aliasing types in the game isn't very heavy (2x) and the differences between SMAA, FXAA, and MLAA are negligible specially once you get to 1080p or higher resolutions.

If your computer can run it, choose SMAA. Otherwise FXAA is just fine. You won't notice much of it since the game is so fast paced. It nearly doesn't matter.
