Insanely low frame rate
My laptop hasn't had a problem playing a single game until GGXRD, where I am a heartbreaking 20-25fps. I don't know how to fix this... Is my computer just not powerful enough to handle it or is there some possible fix I can glean to save this?
My computer specs are:
CPU 2.4-GHz quad-core Intel Core i7-4700MQ processor
RAM 8GB
Hard Drive Size 128GB
Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M
Please and thank you for any possible help.

Have a look in the guide section and the stickied thread about "GG mashing your potato". Both contain useful information on how to improve performance.

And when using a laptop, it's definitely worth double checking that it's actually using your dedicated graphics card.

Make sure your laptop is using the Nvidia graphics, not the Intel graphics.

When I started the game, it was 30 fps. Then I followed the guide, left the first two sections as true and now it is constant 60. And it still looks decent.

Not sure man. My computer is far weaker than yours (660m) and runs this game 60fps. Maybe its something else?

If all else fails I will [False] whatever I need to to get the game running, but if I can fix it without needing to sacrifice game quality, I'd like to find that, especially after having people tell me the laptop /should/ be able to run it at 60fps anyways.
• Rightclick your desktop and open up the Nvidia Control Panel.
• Open "3D Settings"
• Select the tab named "Global Settings"
• The top option in the form of a drop-down box should read "Preferred Graphics Processor:"
• Make sure "High Performance NVIDIA processor" is selected, and not "Auto Select"

This is the most standard way. Some systems still revert to using the integrated graphics, but give this a shot before trying anything else.

I was able to find this and correct it. Now it works like a charm. I tried finding this several times before I even made the post, but now I'm back up to a delicious 60fps and it's working like a dream.
Thank you to everyone who offered help and advice, I appreciate all the help and I'm happy the community came together to help me.:steamhappy:
