I beat the arcade with all 14 regular players including ramethal, what is going on? why didn't I get the achievement? I checked gallery for the endings and I have them all. Do I need to do the extra characters?

Same thing happened to me. Then i started again with I-NO then boom i got it. It must be the game not registering the first character you use for arcade. So try again with the first character you chose.

I did, and I changed the difficulty to the same as I played the other characters too and no dice

I got it finally After playing many characters I played Ky and boom it triggered
