How to unlock character colors?

I've noticed that, by default, characters have colors 1-6 and 13-14 unlocked, but I couldn't find out how to unlock the remaining ones (I have tried completing the arcade mode and to see if they were available for purchase in the gallery)...

Colours 7-16 can be unlocked in the gallery. I think the rest are DLC, but you might be able to fish for them.

Thanks, but this works only in Revelator. Here I'm talking about Xrd~Sign. When I go to Gallery>Characters the only available options are purchasing Sin, Leo and Elphelt with in-game currency.

Oh ♥♥♥♥, I didn't even notice this was the Sign thread, I apologize for the confusion. Hardly anyone ever posts here, so I assumed I was in the Revelator thread.

In Sign's case, I think they're DLC only. You can unlock No.14 for each individual character when you beat their arcade mode, but I think the others are just DLC.

Don't worry, I just got Xrd~Sign in a humble bundle and wanted to explore it at his maximum before buying Rev2 :') BTW thanks for the reply!
