Millia and Zato are just bellow.
Slayer is Low Tier.
Potemkin is the only one at Bottom Tier.
Everyone else is in between.
He's gotten better in Rev 2, but still nowhere near as good as any GGXX version.
Even with noticable gaps between tiers, there are no useless characters. Even Potemkin can be devastating when used properly.
I'm pretty trash at fighters, Slayer's the one I've tried so far who's moveset I've "clicked" with, if you know what I mean.
