What's the easiest way to grind/earn world dollars ? and thank you for replying :)

Arcade Mode on Very Hard/ Maniac, 1 Round, No Continues. Gives you about 8000 W$ every time.

I've read that Mini Game 4 with Millia can also give you lots of W$, but I never tested this myself.

The AI is not that hard. It spams patterns and once you figure out those, you can learn how to punish them and from there even Maniac becomes easy.

I have hear about using stylish Pot/Slayer and using autohotkeys or something to make them spam special moves while restarting matches, but honestly there's no need for W$ after a certain point so I would recommend just playing the game and enjoying it.
