My replays aren’t downloading!

So I have recorded some stuff and wanted to make a cool replay shot but when I got to the replays it said that I should wait 30 minutes before accessing it so I waited and waited and the little downloading bar didn't move. What do I do to get it to start download???

Its a bug, restarting the game, or even just waiting a day often fixes this for me

I have waited a day and it still is just at 30 minutes. But do you mean just close the game and open it again because i have done that and it didin't work either. Do you have anymore solution.

No other solutions, it has happened to me as well many times and it always fixes itself after awhile

Maybe Verify the game files in Steam, or even delete the Config folder (look that up) to reset all settings
