These grass and swaying bowers are making my game look very blurry and fuzzy when I'm in the middle of them

Any sway leaves and grass in my game are blurry and smudged while the still blades of grass and leaves do not.The only fix I found on reddit is to use DLSS,and of course i can't do that so the graphics card i use is AMD.
My spec is:
B550 Mainboard asrock PG ATX

Ryzen 3600

RX 6650 XT giga oc

SSD

16 gb ram

I play the game at 1080 with all epic setting and 3D resolution is 50, lumen is on , vsyn and frame rate is off, window fullscreen mode.Every time i play i always press apply again the graphics settings button in the settings.

I tried changing the settings but it didn't solve the problem.

My question are:

Can Nvidia GPU with DLSS only play games without graphics problems?

Does anyone have any other solutions?

Turn Motion Blur OFF

I have been watching other players on youtube and they also set 3d res to 50 with no problem like me.

And more 3d res 50 is the game default settings, it's funny because there are no any default setting that make the game is look bad.

Monitor Blur is off but did not work.

Ok it literary takes few seconds to test, put it to 100 and see..

Also Delete your Config folder to reset all settings and update your GPU Driver

I updated my GPU driver and deleted my config folder to reset settings as you say.

Aren't you just a bit curious if setting it to 100 works, it takes seconds, who said you did anything wrong? very strange response

Yeah! i set 3D res to 100 and it work for me.

My problem is:
Why must i set 3D res 100 to get the graphic quality like the players who only set it at 50?
