Report a translation problem
If you cannot hear in-game audio (even if you still get audio for other programs), your audio output device may not be set to default. Your default device will have a green check. If there's no green check on the device you're using, right click the name of the device and set it to default
There are other things you can look at (like in your device manager) that may not be the game itself, google way on fixes and settings
If sound pops for a few seconds and stops, also check your physical connections are good
Updating audio drivers in device manager might help, also if the audio hardware is on your motherboard which is very common, even a BIOS update may help (be careful with this)
Sound issues can get quite complicated to work out, but often have a straightforward fix that makes you want to smack your forehead
