Error - CreateFile2 wasn't found

After anti cheat loads to 100 % and an inicialization is running, I got an error that says ,,Entry point of procedure CreateFile2 was not found in the dynamic library of KERNEL32.dll.
Please, can somebody help me? :( I tried to download KB2758857-x64 as google says but after instalation it keeps on telling me that I cannot install it on my computer, even though I got a correct file.

I'm getting this issue too! I haven't done the download cause I was unsure of it, and I've tried so many of the other "fixes" on google with no results. I'm hoping this can get fixed soon cause I just wanna hang with my friend.
