I keep getting stutters in the isle evrima

I purchased the isle a few months ago and it ran just fine. However when I play on Evrima I get 40 frames on the lowest settings with 720p. I have a GTX 1660 Super, Core i5-4690k, 16gb of ddr3 ram, 1 terabyte ssd, and a 650 WAT power supply. Can someone please tell me what the problem is?

It's the servers and/or a lack of optimization. I have and RTX 4090 and Ryzen 9 7900x (both overclocked) as well as tuned and overclocked memory. I have witnessed massive fps drops during map traversel for no and sometimes around groups of other players. It seems to depend on the specific server, but I'm fairly certain it's not a hardware issue. I did not notice huge fps drops on NA 6, but on NA 2 I experienced a drop to around 45 fps from over 100 just by looking in a particular direction. Hardware and settings definitely effect performance, but there are significantly optimization problems that are out of the players control.

I just noticed I posted this nearly exactly a year ago that's kind of funny to me. I have a new PC now and I have been able to play the isle at smooth framerates I think the problem was my CPU. Thank you.
