but i ran it before it played it loaded and i could get in a server with out any problem

Coming back to this, the problem is actually most common to not having a DX11 capable graphics card.

If you do have a DX11 card but are having this issue, then the second part would be to make sure the game is not using a integrated GPU (laptop users will see this the most), or that your drivers are updated/not corrupted.

If you do not have a DX11 card then there is not much you can do asides from upgrade. Minimum requirements of the game is DX11

found from digging more into this in other games forum. Your Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 only support directx10.x, but you also have another issue.

i ran it before even played on a server and it ran.... even ark runs somwhat i really dont know why maybe becaues i uninstalled somthing, it started with R somthing with Running at the end but i cant remember what it called i tryed to stop it from unistalling but i was too late

try updating your Integrated GPU drivers too, they date from 2015.
