EVRIMA Bug Report - Screen Resolution
**Expected behaviour**:
When going into Settings, you should be able to set a Resolution, then save, then exit the Settings options, when going back in, the Resolution should still be what you saved it to.

**Current behaviour**:
After saving a resolution, it reverts back to the default one.

**Steps to reproduce**:
1) - Main Menu, click Settings
2) - Set a different resolution
3) - Save
4) - Apply
5) - Back
6) click Settings
> You should see the Resolution has reverted to its default.

**Game version**: (Version of the game tested on.)
EVRIMA branch right as it was released

**Evidence**:
Sorry, going to skip this for now unless required.

-==========================-

So my issue is regarding the "Resolution" Setting.
I have been able to save all Settings permanently **except** Resolution.
It defaults to **2560x1440** , my screen is **__3840x2160__** at its standard.
This occurs even just after clicking Save, going to the menu, then back to settings.

Troubleshooting:
◘ Obviously did the updates in settings to try fix the blurry issue, but the resolution does not save.
◘ Tried launch steam parameters, this failed.
◘ Tried update a file called " GameUserSettings " in:
R:\Steam\steamapps\common\The Isle\TheIsle\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
(This failed)
◘ Then noticed the above file has other settings and that is clearly not being set into the game, so likely editing the wrong file here.

After the Reinstall I ahve found the file named now as "DefaultGameUserSettings"

In trying to edit, I managed to change the max frame rate, so thats cool.

But nothing here is attributed to the Resolution setting.

```
[/script/theisle.tigameusersettings]
bUseVSync=False
WindowPosX=-1
WindowPosY=-1
bUseDesktopResolutionForFullscreen=False (((was true)))
FullscreenMode=0 (((was 1)))
LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=0 (((was 1)))
PreferredFullscreenMode=0 (((was 1)))
AudioQualityLevel=0
Version=5
FrameRateLimit=999 (((was 144)))
```
