cannot find any NA servers, only EU and I am located in Canada

just as the title suggest. The game is added as an exception through windows defender, verified integrity, tried joining a friend who was playing on US East server and it logged me onto a random server where no one else was on. The only official server that shows is an EU server and some other small amount of random servers.

Try this, it seemed to have worked in finding the servers.

At the top left of Steam you’ll see a little button labeled “Steam”, left click that and select settings > in-game > and adjust the dropdown menu at the bottom to around 1000. You may need to tinker around and find the magic number that works for you, afterwards simply hit ok and launch The Isle.
