Client not up to date?

Hello!
Even though I updated the game some Servers still say that my game is not updated yet. When i then close the Isle and try to start it it starts updating. I tried that for an hour now and still got the same result. Does anyone know what to do?

I have this issue too. I can host a server, but I cannot join any.

I have the same issue
I have:
1. restarted my modem
2. cleared download cache
3. uninstalled and reinstalled the Isle
4. uninstalled and reinstalled Steam
5. Let the game update 10+ times
it always says my game is out of date and needs to be updated

You can only join servers of the same version, if you are on 0.1.51.8 you will only be able to join servers of that same version. If you'd like to play 0.1.51.9 you'll need to opt into the Public Development Branch where you can play a pre-release version of an upcoming patch.

Right click The Isle in your Steam library > left click properties > betas > in the dropdown menu select "Public Development Branch" and your game will update to the latest version. While this will allow you to play on servers using 0.1.51.9 you will need to opt-out whenever you seek to play on 0.1.51.8 servers.

since when the normal version and the dev version are showing in the same serverlist?

Since the update i have a lot of problemes in the game. The only server, that I can choose, is unplayable, because sometimes I can't run or I can drink as much as I want and nothig happens.

At last my adult dinosaur glitches from tha land inside the middle of a river and i can't get out becaus when I get to near to the land my dnosaur spwan in the middle of the river again.
