Community Server with Humans Enabled?

Any servers that have humans enabled? I've connected to an empty one just to have my game crash every time I've tried spawning as one. Any servers actually stable with them?

I'm a new player and was on a custom server last night. I did a double take when I was a human running by. Seems like he crashed because when I caught up to him, he was just standing in place, not moving.
