60fps is pretty easy to get with a modern GPU and the correct settings and resolution for that GPU

I would say at 1080p with overall high settings the game would look pretty nice, this system and/or equivalent would do the trick, and still have a lot of headroom

GPU - RTX 4060 (8 GB VRAM)
RAM - 16 GB
CPU - Any modern mid level CPU

** Don't play the game with lower than a GPU with 6 GB of VRAM and/or 16 GB of System RAM **

If you want max settings at 4k then you need to adjust accordingly
