Yes, and its /unstuck typed in chat, just make sure no one is near or wont work

for me it works, i spawned inside a tree today as a dilo at west rail and i typed /unstuck and it worked perfectly fine

I typed it as a deino once stuck in a rock and it put me on top of the rock where I could just jump into the water. It's a bit of a crap shoot though because I've also had it make me MORE stuck and it has a long cooldown on it.
