Just a few things that may help some with performance (wont help in all setups)
1. Delete your Config file, this will reset settings/controls and may improve performance:
Open file explorer > put %localappdata% in the ADDRESS bar, press enter, then find The Isle folder (the isle game should NOT be running) then > Save folder then > Delete Config > restart game
2. When you change graphics settings in almost all cases restart the game for it to stick and have the best effect
3. Settings that should be turned on in 'AA & Super Resolution', if you have an RTX Card always turn ON DLSS, for all other cards turn ON TSR (Medium or High)
4. Low end cards turn OFF any lighting effects in 'Global Illumination', also reduce Shadows, Effects, and Materials to medium or low. You can keep Textures High as its dependent on Video RAM if at least 6GB is available
5. Update Windows OS and your Graphic Card fully
Depending on Brand of Graphics Card follow the links
Nvidia (choose your setup first) - https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
AMD (select your graphic card) - https://www.amd.com/en/support
Thank you for the advice! I'll see if any of this works :D
