With good diet, why dont I get health regen stam regen and night vision ?

I thought with a perfect diet you get other buffs besides growth rate?

Depends on what diets you have. Do you have one S diet, one Three dot, and one //(two line) diet? If so, it will give you a boost in growth, 50% but nothing else. Have three of one diet or, for example, one three dot diet and two // diets WILL give you buffs, like NV/Scent and regen stamina. Here's a guide on the diet combos and what they do:
