Dedicated Server setup woes

I had a dedicated server set up and working for this game several months ago, however things seem to have changed. With the latest update, I wanted to set up a dedicated server again, but nothing I try seems to be working. The tutorials seem to all be old, and use the old file structure. Usually I would be a lot more patient, and continue pounding my head against it until I got it to work, but I am kinda sick with the flu right now, and my patience is limited :P So please, someone guide me in the right direction.

Anyhow, yeah, kinda confused as to which map I should use in the param's after the target line, I can't find the map files that I used to be able to find. Also, is the executable in TheIsle\Binaries the one I should be using, or should there be exe's in the root directory of the game (../TheIsleDedicatedServer/ ) as shown in the tutorials? Every time I try to run the one in Binaries, nothing happens, and when I try to 'play' the dedicated server tool from Steam, it tells me there is a missing executable.

Computer info:
Windows Server 2008 R2
raid array with about 5 TB of space...
32gb of Ram.
dedicated static IP broadband connection to my server rack.
ports are all forwarded.

Those should be the paths of the maps. If you're trying to run a modded map, it's generally something like
Mapname/Maps/Mapname
though not guaranteed. The .exe under Binaries is the one I use for my servers, but I think your issue is that maps like V3 and V4 only work on listen servers. So try using the testlevel and see if it will start up.

I'm confused I want to run a dedicated server but have no idea how can I get a full step by step guide? I install The Dedicated Server tool and it don't have any instructions and does nothing....

I have it running only i need more info about mySQL for the isle where and how do i get a MySQL file for the data

You would need to set up an MySQL server. This can be done with MariaDB... That setup is a bit more involved. The server will run without SQL... But yeah, I'd recommend looking up on how to set up an SQL server, and how to import .sql databases to said server once it is online.

I have MySQL already running on a few Arma3 servers they also needed a file like "Exile.sql" i do not know the MariaDB. If there is somewhere a mySQL file i am ready for hosting then

You can use the same MySQL service as the one your using on Arma, just have to create a new database within that service. Infact that would be recommended, that way the port remains the default SQL port.
