omni vs carno

I keep getting run down by carno's as an omni. any tips??? they have a speed advantage with the charge. i try juking around trees but still end up getting hit

with how janky the hitboxes are i'd avoid them at all costs there's not much u can do

Yesterday I killed a fully grown raptor with 27% grown carno. That should tell you something about engaging them.
Dont fight it unless you have a coordinated pack and can pin/bleed it effectively, carnos bleed very good.

Omniraptor is a packhunter, you shouldnt be alone

If you get caught out, you more then likely will die, until you learn how to avoid their attacks. you need to dodge much earlier than you think or dysnc will get you. If you get an Ambush in your already ahead.

always stay as close to them as you can, once you get a pounce in, put bleed into them in normaly wait 2 - 4 sec, before switching to damage pounce, jump off no less then 30 percent stam, other wise you wont last. Stay close and bite, they will either bleed out or have no choice but to flee. There is Nicboy - who has guide on how to fight diffrent species and is a great starting point for new players.

they are easy to fight if you don't let them have the space they need their turning circle is terrible.
