Crocs need a Nerf
Crocs shouldn't be able to drag a fully grown Cera under the water in one bite while they are on land, I get water they should be able to as its their "territory". Also the fact that once you've been grabbed there's zero counter play to escaping even on land like even fish don't get one hit XD

You just need to improve your gameplay. Crocs are there to punish mistakes...

a dodge. i will say this every single time. you should be absolutely dead if you get grabbed, but getting grabbed in the first place should be avoidable. Cerato is particularly agile and should really be able to at least attempt moving out of the way. it is not fun to instantly die for getting a required drink!

and yes, you can drink from shallow spots, but that makes deino useless. deino too powerful, people drink from shallow or glitched spots, then people think the less opportunity make deino balanced where if it was in the first place people wouldn't drink from shallow spots.

actually I support that ceras and full adults carnos shouldnt be pulled or at least make them take crazy amount of stam to hold onto. Crocs are almost to commonly played in this game. Each time I load in half the player base seems to be one....

The Croc fully grown is 8 tons with a bite that could cut Smaller Dinos in Half. 8 tons can drag a lot underwater quickly.

Honestly the only thing wrong is that roughly 20 to 40% of server population is a freaking croc.

Well as a full grown cera and even sub-adult, I've survived several croc grabs and they are usually easy to avoid anyway if you don't cross in stupid places. And as a croc, I've learned that unless you grab a full grown cera at 100% stamina, they will very likely manage to escape. I've actually never been killed by a croc now that I think of it, except when I'm playing a croc myself. Crocs are fine. Stegos on the other hand are boring to play as nothing challenges them, not even full grown crocs unless the stego is really stupid or tries to 1v2+. The existence of crocs makes it more exiting to play many other dinos anyway as you have to think where and when to drink or cross rivers ;)

Try playing beibi and scouting the rivers if you have a hard time figuring out safe places to cross or drink.

This honestly sounds about right. People say skill issue but I disagree.

Glitched spots are one thing, but shallow spots are not actually 100% safe from crocs. I can tell you this as a croc player. The drinking dino just has a few seconds to stop drinking and run away, which sometimes they manage, sometimes they don't.

If you nerfed crocs ability to grab they would be compeltely useless and there would be no point playing them. Bear in mind a beibi grows ALOT faster and is alot more interesting to play in water if you just want to zoom around. If a full grown croc would be unable to grab other dinos, it would be stuck to eating fish and doing nothing else (well sure it could grab juvies but they don't give any meaningfull food to an adult). The only way a nerf to crocs power would make sense if you double their land movement speed and reduced their insane stamina usage on land so they'd be less water locked. Their thirst going down fast on land would still force them to stay relatively close to water.

It already requires almost perfect positining and foreplanning to drown an adult with a croc. If they have to dash to wherever you are crossing or drinking from, they will likely not have enough stamina to drown you if you are paying attention and trying to escape once they grab you.

I do play different dino on different server and croc are just fine:

The croc game is to wait and ambush ...sometime hours without getting a change to get a big kill. I sometime kill 1 or 2 big kills per night. Its all about following other dino screams, waiting for them to drink or cross. This is a patience game.

People who get killed by croc are new players (they are getting caught few time, like I did) and player too lazy to cross at safe spot.

While playing a omni with a gang will give give 15-20 kills per night, you will get 1-2 kills per night while playing a croc. This is the hunting pleasure.

Croc are harmless on the ground since they are too slow. In the water yes they are dangerous ... so people want them harmless there as well?

Removing the grabbing power of a croc would make them useless and remove the fear or water, which is AWESOME in this game. When I play other dino, only the water scares me now. Remove this fear ...and the game will get boring fast.

They are perfect in my book ...
