One you may not know is most carnivores can't eat bones so be careful when your carnivore stops eating and there's still a red thing there. Take a moment to see if you ran out of meat or if the eating just actually bug stopped. Dienos and the coming ceratos don't mind.
Other things that make you sick.
Rotten meat (again, dienos and ceratos don't get hurt by this though dienos get no nutrients. They DO get nutrients from the bones though). Its icon will be a bone with some meat falling off it instead of the chicken drumstick or diet icon.
If you are playing a herbivore some plants that are not on your diet can make you sick. Particularly mushrooms. (This I do think is a little weird. Probubly should make a toxic leaf a little different so players can avoid it the same as rotten meat)
and it ♥♥♥♥♥ you up for 10-20 minutes and you have to fill up your diets again aswell.
its not like if you sit down for a while you can avoid it, its just luck.
