Dilo clones
I read somewhere that clones dont do dmg anymore, is that true? If not, and they do dmg, how much and for how long?

They still do damage, I think damage is equivalent to a single bite of your Dilo per clone

I would like to see some evidence, like gameplay from vs dilo pov thats recent, I saw one as cera, and clones didnt even show up. The other gameplay I saw was that the clones just dissappeared without being damaged... And most ppl I talked to about this said its broken as I said.

Also in my experience, it doesnt seem they work, enemy players dont even attack the clones, or bother, it seems like they dont even show up idk...
Keep them on purple, not blue (see it when you sniff unless you are colourblind of course) there are a lot of YT videos of successful Dilo hunts, you could have found a bug, not unusual in this game

Sorry man, this time youre wrong. The dilo clones are currently either fully bugged or they are testing no damage for whatever reason. The clones will run up and stand next to you but do no damage currently. Hopefully it gets fixed or reverted soon, because it makes dilo very underwhelming.

They are supposed to be "hallucinations" I don't see why they would or should do damage. They are useful for confusing people so YOU can continue your attack. You are not making a clone of yourself, you are making them trip out due to psychedelic venom.

Except they are not useful as distractions because they dont move like players at all, and can now be completely ignored.

No worries, appreciate the correction, hopefully the OP sees this, haven't obviously heard about this myself, or just missed people talking about it

Have watched videos from a few weeks back apparently, and all seemed fine.. this must of happened recently, was it part of the last little patch that bugged it out, or is it a test event by the Devs?

Thanks for the clarity for the OP and myself

Yeah im sure being killed by an auto ranged attack that cant be avoided is a good mechanic in a realistic dinosaur game.

Its supposed to be the venom doing dmg, and the hallucination just interpretation by the victim, there is lore behind it

Are the clones working again? Im not talking about the probems with rocky terrain or water, but some ppl say they dont even show up atm.
