1. Delete your Config file, this will reset settings/controls and may improve performance:

Open file explorer > put %localappdata% in the ADDRESS bar, press enter, then find The Isle folder (the isle game should NOT be running) then > Save folder then > Delete Config > restart game

2. When you change graphics settings in almost all cases restart the game for it to stick and have the best effect

3. Update GPU Driver fully

If you use DLSS and it's currently On, turn it Off, go back into the game, then Turn it back On, seems to be a bug were it wont register its on until you first turn it off.. works from me anyway, also helps with underwater NV

I've noticed as well. Went from playing on EPIC preset on 4k at like 144. Averaging 100 fps today. I think 3D Res setting: 50 is native and 100 is upscaled now as well.
