how many mutations do you get if your just a standard dino, non hatched.

3, one at spawn, one in the middle of your growth and one when you’re fully grown i think.

1 when u start, 1 at 24% ish and 1 at 60% ish.

I had my third only at 100% growth with Dibble, it might be different for each Species?

this might be off topic but i cant get a answer, does dibble get a charge attack like the carno, cause the charge bars at the bottom give me that kinda feeling.

It’s not a charge attack, it’s the Sparring ability!
Tap ‘CTRL’ to enter into sparring mode and the left click mouse is to use a head bash like a deer, if two dibbles use that while sparring it does the same sound you can hear when deers hit their horns together, and it hurts carnis like hell (it actually throw them on the ground)
I’ve seen a Dibble win 1vs1 agaisn’t a Cerato.
