Is it possible to stack mutations ? dont want add the same mutation and it does nothing lol ?

Choosing the same mutation does nothing, don't do it. Just choose another one.

If you stack the drinkable saltwater mutation, you will be able to drink saltwater.

damn had no clue you could have a double saltwater mutation must really help with drinking saltwater

You cant stack saltwater, you can only get it once by drinking alot of saltwater while mutation icon is visible.

you can overeat by 25%...less jump stamina cost.....
