Right-click on the isle in your library. Click 'properties', then go to betas. Select the only beta available under the drop-down menu; and no, you can't switch back and forth, you have to redownload either version in its entirety when you change branch.
No.
2. Cannot say
3. Indeed only two dinosaurs currently. They're talking about a roadmap but have held a no ETA stance so it's kind of pointless. Regarding the speed I wouldn't except anything happening fast here and official promises are best taken with a big pinch of salt
2. Go right click on The Isle in your library and selct "properties", then click on the tab that says betas and select "evrima"
3. Its only two, utah and tenonto, the roadmap is something I really wouldn't put too much stock into, the game changes plans so often that the devs words aren't gospel somehow.
Honestly you'd be better off playing Legacy
-more mechanics that are relevant
-more dinosaurs
-more players and higher player caps
-internet connections aren't a problem
-group play isn't shafted
From when I played both, there really wasn't any difference.
No
Which could be between now and whenever. The game needs atleast 8 new dinosaurs before it's even on par and even then it needs actual combat mechanics and intelligent AI
I’d say yes. For $20 I’m enjoying myself and never hap problems finding servers with 120+ people.
