Anyway I'm still having "maximum simultaneous game instances reached".
I already:

Reinstalled it (also removed the folder)
Restarted the pc
Checked in Task Manager
Switched to another Drive
Checked Integrity Files


(I noticed that when I open the game, the launcher load a first time, then the image of The Isle appear (The Raptor on the car), then a second time the launcher loads again and at the end the error appears)
